This service is especially helpful for anyone who faces the over-whelming and stressful task of liquidating personal property in an estate. Often family members live out of the San Francisco Bay Area where the estate personal property is located. Other times the task of organizing and selling a loved one's lifetime accumulation of personal property is simply too overwhelming. We are only too happy to be of service.

Estate Sale Rates

Our minimum fee to conduct an Estate Sale is $3,500. or 35% of the total gross sales, whichever is larger. We offer Master Charge and Visa onsite.


Estate Liquidation Consultation - $225. per hour
For trustees, heirs and family members who have the responsibility to liquidate an entire household and who wish to do this themselves, Bosch Appraisal & Estate Services provides an Estate Liquidation Consultation which is tailored to your specific situation. This particular Consultation will assist you to avoid making costly mistakes and liquidate the entire household from start to finish in a way that will maximize financial return to the Estate.

This consultation includes:
Personal inspection of items to be sold by our professional appraiser.
Referrals for the most appropriate venue or expert to sell each item.
Instructions on how to conduct your own Estate Sale, if that is what you wish to do.
Assistance with pricing.
A copy of our Liquidation Resource Booklet for the San Francisco Bay Area.
After consultation liquidation support available by the hour until job is completed.
